Sustainability

We only use organic meat ( pork, beef and lamb) from the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten (workshops )
Our poultry comes from free range establishments, namely from Lugeder in Pleiskirchen.
Our fish comes from sustainable fishing industries, namely from the fish farm Sebald in Ammerland on Lake Starnberg.
Our bread comes from Martin’s Holzofen Bakery and is purchased due to the quality of the ecologically produced cereals.
Our cheeses come from Hofkäserei Stroblberg who produce only organic cheeses.

We only use free-range eggs.
Our cake supplier, the Zimtschneckenfabrik also uses only free range eggs.
We use almost exclusively local products.
We ardently pursue a fair, legal and sustainable human resources policy.
We do not use preservatives or additives in any of our dishes.
We renounce “Coffee to go” and the use of aluminum trays in order to avoid waste. Takeaway meals we pack in “Tupper” cans, which you can keep or return.
